Rum Tasting

My friend, Soly, and I were to go to a rum tasting on the river.  We were looking forward to it until the riverboat company closed its doors.  While this was disappointing, I felt bad for those who had party plans, family gatherings and weddings scheduled with this company.

As you can see above, I have a good collection of rums.  That is my kitchen table.  It made sense to host my own rum tasting on my deck.  Soly came over with some cigars and we had a very enjoyable afternoon sipping rum, smoking stogies and chatting.  Life is good, good friends make it even better.
